Rosebud Rentals is a family-owned rental operation based right here in Jamestown, North Dakota. We own and manage five residential properties in the community — and we've done it ourselves from day one.
We got into rentals because we believe in Jamestown and in the people who make it home. Our goal has always been simple: provide clean, well-maintained homes, respond when something needs attention, and treat tenants the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.
We're not a property management company. There's no middleman. When you have a question or a maintenance issue, you hear from us — real people who know our properties by heart and care about keeping them in great shape.
